Tilde.green is missing a favicon

tilde.green and wiki.tilde.green are missing a favicon, this is a non-problem but it kind of bugs me

I know, I asked @ComputerTech a while ago to make a logo or something, and he hasn't gotten back, I might have to make my own if he doesn't give me something soonish, which I wouldn't mind but it might take me a few weeks to get more or less acceptable.
Also, it wouldn't just be on tilde.green and on wiki.tilde.green but would be on some type of shared config applying to all tilde.green subdomains. (I think @ComputerTech won't mind that if I do user subdomains they be somewhere like username.u.tg1.iwnp.org, but I kind of fell that's maybe too long)

I'm thinking it'd probably look better being just one color, and not 3. Because it's hard to notice they're 3 colors, so will likely look better as just one, but i'll change it if this gets to be the one to be choosen.
